Waiting on Wednesday (11)


For those who don't know, Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly book meme where we get to let everyone know about what books we are eagerly anticipating the release of. This week there was a cover that caught my eye, and even though I'm not totally sold on the plot-line, it may turn out to be good! The name of the book is Deadly Cool by Gemma Halliday. Check out the details below!

Summary: Hartley Grace Featherstone is having a very bad day. First she finds out that her boyfriend is cheating on her with the president of the Herbert Hoover High School Chastity Club. But as much as Hartley wouldn't mind seeing him squirm, she knows he's innocent, and she's the only one who can help him. I'm thinking this one could be hit or miss, but seriously, that cover is all kinds of awesome, and I am kind of interested in how this will all play out-- will Hartley help the guy who broke her heart? Could be worth adding to the TBR!

    I'm kinda getting into the idea of YA murder mysteries, so this sounds pretty good. I agree it has a great cover. Good pick.

    Hmm, the cover *is* very intriguing. The synopsis sounds a bit typical, but I'll definitely be checking this one out, at least. Great WoW. :)
